Web Content Matters
How many opportunities do we get every day to discover what is on the minds of our fellow citizens? How often do you want to tell them what you think? Though your website may be geared toward your patients, passengers, and/or clients regarding your particular services, give your visitors some links to the professional content that's on the web dealing with the current 'hot' issues. You can keep it geared toward your profession but, in order to succeed today, you MUST keep it current. When you hire a professional service that maintains your site on a daily/weekly/ monthly basis, we do the research to represent your responses to these issues.
What is Web-based Programming?
Web-based programming uses so many of the data driven concepts available on the Internet today to ensure you keep your patients/clients informed, safe, and coming back. Our programs ensure, privately, that you are complying with the current CFRs (Code of Federal Regulations) and the USCs (United States Codes), and, publicly, that you are determined to protect your patients'/clients' identity rights (right to privacy).
If I came to you, a lawyer, tomorrow to request divorce counsel, would you be capable of posting (to the web) the information that you, as a lawyer, knew that I must watch out for? Do I need those papers dealing with my husband's 401K and his retirement plan? Do I need to worry about health insurance? What are the rules of alimony? What are the rules of child support? These questions will give you a specific data form that will show a distinct interest in providing a prospective client of your concern.
If you're a physician, can you tell me what the prescription was that you gave me today AND what the generic name could be if a generic was allowed? Can you please tell me what I need to do to prepare for my hospital visit for my lower GI tests? I lost my print out from your office...what do I need to bring to my next visit?
Though we, as professionals, understand the importance of the technicalities, our patients/clients CAN NOT be expected to comprehend those details.
In the Works
I am currently working on the back end of my Document Control System. This is used primarily by the airline industry but is a great program for any industry where the government requires you to create manuals and make all who read them aware of the regulations.

All programs are hosted on my server or yours and have a very friendly user interface. PDM will never include patients' or clients' names (or any other personal data).
